Fall Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 5-ounce box arugula
 - 1 cup walnuts, chopped
 - 1 cup goat cheese, crumbled
 - 1/3 cup dried cranberries
 - 2 apples, chopped and cored
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 - 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - Spread chopped walnuts evenly on a baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes.
 - in a small bowl, combine honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil to make a dressing.
 - Core and chop the apples.
 - In a large salad bowl, toss the arugula with the prepared dressing until evenly coated.
 - Top the dressed arugula with chopped apples, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, and crumbled goat cheese.
 - Serve the fall salad as a side or main and enjoy!
