Apple Crisp Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
 - 2 tablespoons white sugar
 - 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
 - 1 cup brown sugar
 - ¾ cup old-fashioned oats
 - ¾ cup all-purpose flour
 - ½ cup cold butter
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - Vanilla ice cream (optional)
 


Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - Coat the apple slices with sugar, vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
 - Pour the coated apples into a 9-inch square baking dish.
 - Combine brown sugar, oats, flour, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a separate bowl.
 - Cut in the cold butter until coarse crumbs form and crumble on top of the apple slices.
 - Bake until golden brown and bubbly for approximately 40 minutes.
 - Serve the apple crisp with vanilla ice cream (optional) and enjoy!
