Ginger Spice Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 package of spiced cake mix
 - 1 ½ teaspoons ground ginger
 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon
 - 1 egg
 - ⅓ cup vegetable oil
 - ¼ cup molasses
 

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, ginger, and cinnamon.
 - Stir in the egg, oil, and molasses until a soft dough forms.
 - Use a tablespoon to form about 20 cookies. Space them about an inch apart on the lined baking sheet.
 - Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly golden.
 - Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
 - Transfer them to a wire sheet to finish cooling.
 - Serve the ginger spice cookies and enjoy!
